Kung Pao chicken: Colorful stir fried vegetables with chicken-almost too pretty to eat
Tonkatsu: Japanese panko-crusted pork cutlet; the key is the
sauce

Hummus: Garlic, chickpeas, garlic, tahini, garlic (even
Aldi
makes a great variety).
Saganaki: Greek flaming cheese made famous by Chicago’s
Parthenon
restaurant.
Bulgogi: Korean barbecued beef.
Pesto: Basil in its finest form.
