I’m going to a concert in Milwaukee this weekend (at The Rave) and wondered if anyone familiar with the city has any recommendations for places to eat or things to see on a short time schedule. I haven’t spent any quality time in Milwaukee since I was a wee lass and my dad let me taste some of his Pabst Blue Ribbon at the brewery. And I use the term quality loosely.

It depends on money and time. What show are you going to? NickleCreek? If so, I may see you there.
Elsa’s is a great place to go for a few beers and some nachos. It’s on … Jefferson maybe? It’s right downtown anyway, next to Cathedral Square. There are plenty of good places in that area. If you have a few hours to kill and some money to go with it, check out the domes. I always loved that place.
