The problem is exactly, who is responsible for enforcing those rights?
I’d like to see an article affirming that we are all obligated and responsible for the world we live in.
I’m not taking away from the importance of basic human digntiy, but this document gives very little motivation for anyone to give a flip about whether or not some other person whom you’ve never met has his or her rights. As long as you have your own.
