the western trip this year will be at a group campground called chavez crossing near sedona, arizona in oak creek canyon. the dates are august 8-10.

the eastern trip, as we’ve already mentioned, is in west virginia at monongahela national forest from july 11-13.

the cost of each conference is $25 per person, which covers both food and camp fees for the weekend.

we are in the process of putting the finishing touches on a new site for camping is not optional and it should be finished by monday, june 2. it will have more information about each of the trips, as well as a feature that will allow you to register for one (or both). we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available!

it’s a work in progress at the moment, but you can get a better idea for where the two trips are this year and you can register online to reserve yourself a spot for either event. space is limited for each site, so register early (but don’t register often).
