Mars Volta Rocks! They were supposed to play at a Red Hot Chili Peppers show i went to, but their band member died like two days before. But i agree that everyone should check them out, especially the song televators.

I wondered if someone would eventually write in about them. I enjoy their music. If you like them, you might want to check out At the Drive-In. At the Drive-In members split up, and some of them formed The Mars Volta.

I recommend starting with At the Drive In’s Relationship of Command album.

I think Flea played bass for them on their last album.
