So i was reading an earlier post about Fred Durst being the axis of evil which digressed into a discussion of good music now, and i was curious as to what others on this site listened too. I am a huge fan of music of all kinds and i am always looking for new bands and artists, so i was just wondering what was playing in everyone else’s cd players lately.
I am currently listening to The Strokes, which i just got today, and i love it!!! I have also been listening to Dylan, Ryan Adams, Dashboard, Wilco, and Counting Crows. I would assume that everyone on this board has at least heard of all those bands, but if you haven’t, check them all out, they are all incredible

My player’s been broken for months. Just got a new one. Yay.

Bjork
Over the Rhine
Audioslave
Ben Folds
Dandy Warhols
Eva Cassidy

Lots of radio in my car. Jazz and pop. I’ve developed an in-car dance to the Nelly/Kelly Rowland song. (‘crazy over you’ or something) You have to open your window for it and it involves a bunny hop.

ALSO: I’m looking for good electronica, but I haven’t got many connections to find it. Any recommendations out there?

Jasonvb,

Never heard of And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, so I checked out the web site and I have to say I am stoked to hear them. They sound very unoriginally original. Thanks for the lead.
