Universal has a Dead Poets Society type film coming out called Emperors Club. Kevin Kline plays a school teacher of Greek and Roman History who is faced with molding and shaping the characters of his students. There are some deep statements (e.g. below) about history and it’s effects on who we are today. Opens 11/22. I think many of you will enjoy the film.
My question is, how much does history effect our character? In what ways? Does ignorance of history void it’s effect on persona?
