Going on from here to there
Going left and going right
Go to work, go to church,
    go to the store, and the library
Everyday we go, go, go
It’s what we do, we don’t stay 
People pack boxes and move away
Cradle, bed,
       apartment, house, 
             condo, grave
Why and how we go, go, go
Does it matter? Does Jesus care?
Going on from here to there
BP, Exxon, Mobil Gas, “Go, Go, GO!”
Sip or guzzle, ride the bus
Ride a bike, walk your dog, and walk yourself
Going on from here to there
Going left and going right
Jesus said, “Pick up your mat and go go go!”
Free to go, constrained to care
Love your neighbor here and there
Serve, conserve, 
       preserve, create, 
            procreate, regenerate
And go, go go.
