What did you make of all that evolutionary nonsense at the end, when they hovered over the water? Kind of took a little of the edge of it for me. Almost propaganda rather than art! Why do they do that?

Hint to the X3 movie. If you know the comic/cartoons reasonably well you know about Jean Gray. And you know what happens. They probably simply wanted to allude to that as they flew over the water. Didn’t you see the shadow? Its based on a comic and I highly doubt it was dreamed up as propeganda for evolutionists. Chances are (now I could be wrong) that the creators needed a reasonable way to say why there were mutants on planet earth other than radiation or alien intervention. hmmm yeah well thats my two bits.
